2. Products & Orders

  • All prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, products, or descriptions at any time without notice.
  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping across New Zealand and internationally.
  • Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
  • Risk and responsibility for items pass to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We follow the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • For change-of-mind returns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and return shipping is at your expense.
  • Custom or personalised items may not be returned unless they are defective.

5. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • You may create an account for easier ordering and tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • If you use any subscription service (e.g. affiliate rewards, email updates), you can manage your preferences via your account or by contacting us.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the site.

6. Affiliate & Referral Programs

  • Affiliate programs are managed through AffiliateWP and are subject to additional terms. Misuse or dishonest promotion may result in suspension and loss of earnings.
  • Payouts are reviewed before approval. Fraudulent or self-referred orders will be voided.
