Acceptance of Terms: By choosing to pay with Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies (“Cryptocurrency”) on bendydays.co.nz, you accept and agree to be bound by these Cryptocurrency Payment Terms and Conditions.
Payment Provider: Cryptocurrency payments are processed by our secure payment provider, DePay. When making a payment using Cryptocurrency, you may be redirected to the DePay platform to finalise your transaction.
Exchange Rate: Cryptocurrency payment amounts are calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. This rate is provided by DePay and may differ from other exchange rates available in the market.
- Currency and Network Responsibility: Sending the appropriate payment currency and ensuring it is on the correct network is the sole responsibility of the shopper. BendyDays will not fulfil orders where funds have not been sent correctly. DePay offers a MetaMask connection trigger, and we highly recommend conducting transactions through a browser equipped with the MetaMask extension to reduce potential errors. Any error in sending funds on the part of the shopper may result in a loss of funds or delay in order processing, for which Bendy Days holds no responsibility.
Transaction Confirmation: Due to the nature of Cryptocurrency networks, the transaction may require a certain period to get confirmed. You should ensure that your transaction is fully confirmed on the network before considering the payment as finalised.
Privacy: Your Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to the privacy policy of DePay. We advise you to review their policies to understand how your personal information is handled.
Security: Bendy Days takes the security of its users seriously. However, we have no control over the security of external platforms such as DePay. Always ensure you are on the correct URL, and be wary of phishing attempts.
Cryptocurrency Refund Policy
Requesting a Refund: If you wish to request a refund, you must contact our customer support within 30 days from the date of the transaction.
Original Transaction Amount: Where possible, Bendy Days will endeavor to refund the original transaction amount in Cryptocurrency. However, due to the volatile nature of Cryptocurrency prices, this is not always feasible.
Fiat Refund: In cases where a refund of the original transaction amount in Cryptocurrency is not possible, the refund will be processed in the Fiat currency purchase value. This amount will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of the purchase (Not at the time of the refund).
Processing Time: Refunds may require additional processing time due to the nature of Cryptocurrency networks. Bendy Days does not have control over the speed at which transactions are confirmed on the Cryptocurrency network.
Refund Fees: Any transaction fees or costs associated with the refund will be borne by the customer.
Finality: Once a refund is processed and sent, it cannot be reversed. Ensure that you provide the correct Cryptocurrency addresses when requesting a refund.

Refunds:
When orders are returned to sender, or refunded due to an error by the customer, or the order is deemed fraudulent (these are orders that are denied by our 3rd party security team), we reserve the right to refund the order funds less the fees and costs imposed on M21 t/a www.bendydays.co.nz to process and complete that order. This can be up to but not exceeding 5% of the total order value.
In such cases, the refunded amount will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of the returned items or confirmation of the fraudulent nature of the order. We reserve the right to withhold any refund until we have received the returned items or have determined that the order is fraudulent.
